Hello all it seem's to me none of us are on at the same time.
I wanted to talk because I recently relapesed after 5 yrs clen time. A big mistake . What I'm trying to say is we all sometimes make a BOO-BOO , and all have to remember that we want to be clean. Some day's are of course harder then other's. I am on track and working to Stay there.
I wish you all the best and remember we are all addict's . And people are here for one another

I don't know how to use this sight(first time using chat) but would like to find someone to talk to. I am returning to the program after 9 years, I have such a hard time asking for help I haven't been able towork a program. I know I have to get over it to get any farther but the fear of face to face conversations makes it very difficult.

I relapsed for the second time after having 5+ years in the program both times. The 1st relapse lasted almost 6 years this one only 5 months. Hang in there and never give up. Our Basic text says that relapse is not a requirement but may be what it takes for us to recovery (para phrased)
