BeeBee,
I know that feeling. I have had it. I think maybe a lot of us have. I really don't have the an answer for how I got through it. I just kept on doing what I knew I needed to. Most of the time thinking nothing was going to work. I worked with newcomers, went to more meetings, prayed more and talked with my sponsor all the time ........ nothing seemed to help. Then one day I noticed that I was feeling a little bit better. I don't know why, nor did I question it. I knew right then that I was going to be ok again. Just trust in what you know to be ture and as was told to me "this to shall pass". I hated to hear it but it is true.
Take care and trust in yourself.
