OK I have my Restraining order,but can't find anyone to serve him, many friends 'SAID' ...sure no problem, then dispeapered. I think there is a time limit, on him being served, what is the court going to think of me? I can't kep going in there & getting restraing orders, I fell like I'am abusing the system, & I am, I can't be in the court house ever wk. or so asking for an order.I can have the Sheriff service him but they want $30.00, which now is alot of money. But well have to get it together somehow.
My Husb. has Cancer,so he hjasn't worked for 2yrs, a pipe broke under our house,so the slab had to torn up...that was 4 thousand, the bank lent us 3 & we 'just' had enough left from what the company gave my husband in back Vacation pay. See now were living on s.s. which is 14 hund a month, good thing our rent is low then we have to pay for Ins. I don't want to be 'crying in my beer' just giving you an idea why the $30.00 means so much to us now. My husb. has another operation on Thurs, they are going to move the flap around on his head. A sore isn't healing well.
One of my cats is sick & I know she will die tonight, I bottled raised her, so I want to have her last hug, everything is happening at once. So I'am not thinking of my A, he hasn't lived in the house since he went crazy....hes been sleeping in the backyard, I see him now & then & it still hurts, but he doesn't want treatment & I don't want to live with a drunk, so I have to get him out of the yard,besides its embarrising, he has a tent, warm blankets. But he also has cut down on his drinking having one or 2 beers a day, why can't he do that & live here? That I can live with,by why is he drinking less cause hes out of the house? Anyway Thanks to everyone who listened to my 'Pitty party', we all have them, I just had to talk to someone, sorry I picked you. Anyway my back is hurting bad tonight so I'll try changing seats,so I can sleep longer then 2-3 hrs. But thanks again for being their for me. Love, Pegi
