I am doing the steps. It is not my first time doing them. But now I am understanding it better than the first time I did and also I am being able to see things I did not see the first time.

One of the things more clear now is that steps 4 to 8 are actions (probably 9 to 12 too, but I am in 8 now). It became simple when I stopped worry about it and actually did what was supposed to: make a list, tell someone, get ready (i made another list here), ask, make a list... I was stuck in step 7, then I asked help and after many shares and feedbacks I finally notice that the key word was simple: ask. LOL I had asked = I was done with step 7!
