I'm having a problem with letting go of a old male friend he
thinks where in love but as I see it we were drinking buddies
I have to let go of him if i'm going to stay sober does anybody
have any suggestions.

]Hello Marie. I'm sorry - I have no advice accept remembering you deserve and need to look out for your self and it's soooo important to put your sobriety first. I've had trouble letting go of men too - even when I was posoitive I didn't want to be with them anymore and I was feeling physically ill with anxiety in the relationship. All I can say is though it was painful and confusing for a while feelings actually do pass and people do heal. I'm glad you were here ( in this cyber sort of way) - I needed to talk. Thank you.
