2:00 a.m. (Sun) Sydney, AU
Please bring your topic ideas with you and we can decide what direction we would like the meeting to take.

Hi, I am going to try this again.
Now I won't promise success. The last two or three meetings I haven't been there.
I have either been waiting for a hurry cane. Or running around getting ready for a hurry cane or pretending there wasn't going to be a hurry cane (yeah, riiiggghhhttt).

Oh, I call them hurry canes because that's what one does. Hurries out to get ice and water, hurries out to get plywood, hurries out to get food. Then sits and waits for it to blow ones house down.
Then afterward, hurries out to get a genterator, then hurries out to get batteries and hurries out to get more ice and water, then hurries to find a roofer and on and on and on.
So I have been preoccupied.

I have decided I will try being there again tomorrow at noon to try to lead a meeting. That's Saturday September 18, at 12:00 EST. You can go to the meeting announcements to find out times in other parts of the world.

No I can't promise I will be there every Saturday because we have-- Uhm,-- Jeanne sitting out there in the Atlantic and then I think Karl. They (the weather people) are making all kinds of wild promises about them not hitting Florida but then again they did that with Charlie also.

Hi,
I would like to let you all know that I am in the process of moving.
I am subject to call to go out and look at houses and to run around doing
silly chores to get ready to move. SOOOOO I will not always be in the
Chat Room at the 12:00 meeting time I have set up.
BUT any of you can run an AA meeting, you all know how they go.
I was not here today 10/02 because I had to go look at a house.
This will probably go on for the next month or two.

Any of you can run the meeting if for some reason I don't show up.
In fact I think it would be good practice and a good opportunity to do
some service work.
